We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Membership & Partnerships Lead to recruit, lead and develop the Member Experience team at a luxury wellness provider in the heart of West London.
● Salary: 40-45k base
● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays)
We are looking for a proactive individual to drive and increase membership sales and awareness of the site to prospective clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. In addition to growing the member base, this role will have accountability for the overall member experience, ensuring that members of the club receive a flawless experience.
The Membership Manager will show a thorough understanding of all aspects of membership, class and personal training packages and treatments available and will work closely with the Club Director and Director of Training to identify business development opportunities and maximise revenue from membership and club sales.
The successful candidate will build upon existing member relations as well as establish a strong new membership base. As Membership Manager you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and clients, driving sales and encouraging brand loyalty.

The Role...
- Having commercial awareness and strategic focus. Analyse membership data and generate reports to track metrics, membership trends, and the effectiveness of member services initiatives.
- Define the member’s 'journey' from enquiry to trial, initial consultation and ongoing membership experience; determining prospective members’ goals and motivation.
- Coordinate and manage the membership contact database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.
- Conduct regular surveys and collect feedback from members to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Curating and executing members events and managing RSVPs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies to attract and retain members. Develop targeted member communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
- Promote the values and mission of the Company with an integral understanding of the philosophy and business aims.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
- Recruit, lead and develop the Member Experience team. Implementing and maintaining a training programme to ensure all team members receive a high level of product knowledge relating to up-selling of membership and services, company values and ethos, and customer service.
- Implement and monitor a complaints process for all Member Experience team members to follow with a clear process and standard remedies.
- Build a strong relationship with members, setting the tone and maintaining high visibility in the Club’s areas.
The Person...
- Previous membership or sales experience within a wellness or members club environment.
- Previous experience working with booking & CRM systems.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and create meaningful relationships with members and prospective members.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to empathise with members and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
- Passion for health, wellness and the Company's philosophy.
