We are thrilled to announce this fantastic opportunity to join the UK's first Fitness and Wellness supergroup. As a key member of the team, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analysing campaign performance, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
● Salary: £35-40,000 base
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
● Prior work for a Wellbeing company is required

The Role...
As Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving membership growth and increasing brand visibility by optimising paid and organic marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, loves testing strategies, and is comfortable managing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create data-driven campaigns that deliver on key performance indicators such as lead generation, membership sign-ups, and event attendance.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, using tools like Google Analytics and CRM data to adjust strategies and maximise ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages to determine what drives the best results.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and results from ad spend.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign performance.
- Use insights to provide actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns.
Membership Growth & Retention
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive new membership sign-ups, while nurturing existing members through retention strategies.
- Track and report membership growth at the studio and brand levels, highlighting performance metrics and areas of opportunity.
Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to produce high-performing ads and content tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate on localised marketing campaigns and events to enhance overall brand visibility and engagement.
Market Research & Trends
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies that give us a competitive edge.
- Monitor competitors’ performance marketing strategies and recommend improvements for our campaigns.
The Person:
We’re looking for an analytical and proactive marketer with a passion for data and digital advertising who can turn numbers into impactful campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role (fitness, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Analytical skills with some proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to track and measure KPIs, including ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with fitness industry trends and local community demographics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimisation, or email marketing.
- A passion for fitness and wellness.
