Join a wellness start-up dedicated to empowering women through physio-led, functional fitness training programs for pre- and post-natal stages. This innovative platform offers tailored exercise plans, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help women prioritise their physical health during transformative life stages.
As part of this mission-driven team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the brand’s digital presence and contribute to its growth in a meaningful way.
- Compensation: £1,500 - £2,000/ month
- Working Hours: 15-20 hours per week with opportunity to grow
- Pre Requisite: a close understanding of the functional fitness and fitness racing industries, including some experience of successfully marketing to the Hyrox/F45/CrossFit/HIIT gym communities
This is a unique opportunity to drive the company’s digital and social media marketing strategy, using your expertise to amplify the brand’s message, grow its online presence, and attract a dedicated community of users. You will play a key role in creating and managing campaigns across social media, PPC, SEO, and other digital channels, helping to build a strong and engaged audience.
This part-time position offers flexibility and the potential for growth as the company scales following its first round of investment. The role is primarily remote, with occasional hybrid on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead SEO initiatives to optimise the website for search engines, improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance the company’s online presence.
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Lead to educate, inspire, and connect with the audience.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback to foster brand loyalty and trust.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse performance data from digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media) and prepare actionable reports for the team.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to identify trends, track ROI, and refine campaigns.
Community Building & Engagement
- Support the planning and promotion of events like webinars, workshops, and community initiatives to strengthen relationships with users and partners.
- Collaborate with fitness and health professionals, influencers, and ambassadors to grow the platform’s reach and credibility.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of educational and promotional content, such as blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive a culture of learning and innovation by experimenting with new marketing strategies and embracing feedback as a tool for growth.
- Stay informed about the fitness and health industry, particularly in the pre- and post-natal space, to align messaging with emerging trends.

You have a background in digital marketing, with proven experience managing SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and social media platforms. -

Excellent Communicator:
Your writing skills shine, and you’re adept at creating engaging, stand-out content tailored to various audiences and platforms. -
Organised & Detail-Oriented:
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple priorities without compromising on quality. -
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush (or similar), and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is essential. -
Team Player:
Collaborative and proactive, you work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Preferably a Mother as you will have a deeper understanding of what a female's body goes through in the pre and post natal stages.
