● Salary: £30,000 + £20,000 OTE
● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

The Role...
Membership Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive membership sign-ups by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses and corporate clients.
- Manage and optimise the sales pipeline, tracking performance through metrics such as lead conversion, retention rates, and customer feedback.
- Ensure a seamless sales process, delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial inquiry to long-term membership.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members through a consultative, personalised sales approach.
- Engage with members to understand their fitness goals, recommend suitable packages, and highlight the value of premium services.
- Handle inquiries and conduct professional, engaging tours of the gym facilities for prospective clients.
Corporate Sales Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses to drive corporate membership sales and increase brand visibility.
- Represent the gym at corporate events, networking functions, and other opportunities to connect with prospective clients.
- Develop bespoke corporate packages tailored to the needs of businesses, ensuring they align with their wellness goals.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, coaching, and operational teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house personnel to meet sales targets and maintain service excellence.
- Train team members on effective sales techniques and strategies, fostering a results-driven culture across the business.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Monitor trends and shifts in the fitness industry to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed on local market dynamics and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting and Analytics
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise conversion rates.
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities, adjusting strategies to achieve targets.
The Person:
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven track record in a sales role, ideally in the fitness industry, luxury sector, or a high-end service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in client relationship management and building strong customer networks.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
