Resident Personal Trainer – Exclusive Hotel Gym, Bethnal Green

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each client’s fitness level and goals.
• Create customised workout programs based on fitness assessments and progress tracking.
• Provide expert coaching, motivation, and technique guidance to ensure safe and effective training.
• Offer nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
• Maintain client progress records and adapt programs based on results.
• Stay up to date with fitness trends and techniques to enhance your expertise.

About You

We’re looking for a highly motivated and business-minded PT who thrives in a flexible, self-managed environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (or higher).
• First Aid certification from a reputable provider.
• Proven experience designing effective fitness programs for a variety of clients.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper technique.
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their potential.
• Self-motivated, business-savvy, and eager to grow a thriving PT business.
