A premium health and wellness brand is looking for an ambitious Retail Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition across the UK and Europe. This hybrid, hands-on role offers the chance to work across a portfolio of high-end wellness brands, building partnerships with gyms, clubs, independent retailers, and luxury stores, while shaping and executing sales strategies that deliver real growth.
● Salary: £40,000
● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
● Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays and a birthday off)

The Role...
Retail Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, including health clubs, tennis clubs, independent pharmacies, and premium retailers (think H&B, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Selfridges, Harrods, Zapp).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key retail contacts and brand partners.
- Represent the brands at industry events, product launches, and wellness experiences.
- Support event management and experiential marketing initiatives.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Manage your sales pipeline, maintain trackers, and report progress regularly.
- Write compelling client proposals and sales pitches tailored to each opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with brand founders and owners to shape and deliver the retail sales strategy.
The Person...
- An accomplished sales professional with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Skilled at building relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised; thrives on taking ownership of projects.
- Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel for client meetings and events.
- Energetic, ambitious, and inspired by helping premium wellness brands grow.
- Event management or experience with high-end/luxury brands is a plus.
- Driving license and car advantageous but not essential.
