Partnership Executive - Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham
You will be instrumental in expanding the brand’s reach by identifying and securing new partnerships - particularly in health, fitness, wellness, and corporate sectors across the UK!

With two premium brands already thriving and an exciting food tech launch underway, they are now looking for Partnerships Executives based in Manchester, Liverpool or Birmingham to join their dynamic Nationwide Business Development team.
Please note: this is a remote role, but travel to local gyms, businesses and other wellness brands is an essential part of this opportunity.
The Offer:
- Base salary starting at £24,000 with uncapped commission (£1-2k per month typically). Base salary to steadily increase over first 12 months of employment, providing targets are met.

The Partnerships Executive will be instrumental in expanding the brand’s reach by identifying and securing new partnerships - particularly in health, fitness, wellness, and corporate sectors across the UK. Focusing on a designated regional hub, the Partnership Executives will drive high-impact growth locally and report directly to the Business Development Manager.
The Role:
Regional Partnerships and Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new regional partners, especially in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors (e.g., gyms, PTs, studios, health clinics, wellness hubs).
- Develop relationships with corporate wellbeing leads, HR departments, and workplace wellness partners to introduce company offerings to employees and organisations.
- Represent the brand at local events, networking meetups, and in-person meetings within your region.
- Be an active member of the health, fitness and wellness community in your area and constantly be looking for new opportunities to expand network.
Account Management:
- Take over the management of key accounts in your region to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with key accounts to run events, understand marketing/sales cycles and identify opportunities to promote products within these businesses.
- Come up with creative ideas to showcase products and services to ensure targets are met and key partnerships remain valuable.
- Be a present member of local partners' communities by attending in-person meetings and events.
- Work with high-profile accounts (e.g., Soho House, Gymbox, Goldman Sachs, Peloton) and mirror this success regionally.
Strategy and Collaboration:
- Provide market insights and feedback from your region to help shape business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across the UK.
- Advice central marketing team on regional trends and behaviours to ensure marketing is effective and is adapted to suit the tone and priorities of that specific region/area.
- Plan and support regional events, pop-ups, and activations that increase local awareness and community engagement.
Remote Working and Reporting:
- Autonomously manage your schedule and pipeline from a home base in a UK hub.
- Provide weekly updates, CRM inputs, and performance metrics to the central London HQ.
- Occasional travel to London HQ required.
The Person:
- Based in or near a major UK city or regional hub (e.g., Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol).
- Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in the health, fitness, wellness, or corporate wellbeing sectors.
- UK Driving License
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passionate about health, nutrition, and improving lives through wellness.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed remotely.
- Comfortable working independently, but thrives as part of a larger team.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
