A fast-growing health and wellness food brand is seeking an exceptional Creative / Content Strategist to lead storytelling and content across all channels. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who lives and breathes creativity, innovation, and engagement, with a talent for building campaigns that inspire, connect, and convert.
The Creative / Content Strategist will lead the social and marketing team, shaping the brand’s voice, content direction, and creative campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and is passionate about transforming the way people experience health, wellness, and food.
The Role:
● Salary: £60-70,000
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.
The Role...
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development of a compelling, consistent brand narrative across social, digital, email, app, and experiential marketing channels.
- Inspire and manage the content and social media team, guiding creative campaigns from concept to execution.
- Innovate and push creative boundaries, bringing fresh ideas and formats to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Translate marketing objectives into story-driven, audience-focused content strategies that deliver measurable results.
Content Production & Oversight
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including photography, video, motion graphics, copy, and social media assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring campaigns are timely, integrated, and impactful.
Campaign Management & Performance
- Develop, implement, and track multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise content and inform future creative strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure campaigns support business goals and key launches.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new creative approaches to ensure the brand remains cutting-edge and culturally relevant.
- Test and introduce innovative formats, interactive content, and storytelling techniques to engage and grow audiences.
The Person...
- Proven experience as a content strategist, creative lead, or similar role, ideally within lifestyle, wellness, or consumer-focused brands.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that resonates and inspires.
- Highly creative, innovative, and able to lead a team in developing campaigns that stand out.
- Videography experience.
- Hands-on experience with social media, digital marketing, and content production.
- Strong understanding of content performance, analytics, and optimisation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Passionate about health, wellness, food, and community-driven experiences.
