We are looking for a Wellbeing Concierge to be the welcoming face of The Method, a new wellness experience opening up this March in Notting Hill. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, promoting wellness, and delivering world-class customer service in a feel-good fitness and wellness setting.
Salary: £28,500

The Responsibilities:
As The Method Concierge, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued, supported, and inspired on their wellness and fitness journey. You will provide seamless front-of-house service, assist guests with studio and spa bookings, and act as a trusted advisor on all wellness offerings within the club.
Deliver exceptional guest service across all communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone, email, SMS, live chat, and social media.
Welcome and engage with high-profile clientele, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
Assist guests with studio and spa bookings, providing expert knowledge on wellness services, treatments and classes.
Handle and resolve guest inquiries professionally, from technical support to lost property and membership questions.
Work closely with the marketing and fitness team team to stay updated on promotions, events, and wellness initiatives, ensuring guests receive the most relevant recommendations.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback across platforms such as Google, Instagram, and review sites.
Ensure the gym and spa environment remains immaculate, reinforcing a premium experience for every visitor.
Support the opening and closing of the wellness space, maintaining security and smooth daily operations.
The Person
We are looking for someone who embodies hospitality, wellbeing, and excellence in service.
Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome.
Previous customer-facing experience in a high-end wellness, hospitality, or retail environment is preferred.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing, with an understanding of luxury wellness services.
Confident, service-oriented, and solutions-driven—you go above and beyond to enhance guest experiences.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage bookings, guest profiles, and online interactions seamlessly.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to support the needs of a high-end clientele.
