This role is designed for someone who understands that modern growth sits at the intersection of performance, lifecycle, content, experimentation, and product-led thinking. It is not simply a marketing leadership role, it is a revenue-driving, demand-shaping position with real ownership and autonomy.
As Head of Demand (Growth) – UK, you will lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategy end-to-end, building a best-in-class growth engine that drives efficient, scalable revenue - overseeing performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, CRO, SEO and GEO, affiliates, referrals, and growth experimentation, while working closely with Brand, Product, Ops, and Data.
With a strong team already in place and meaningful budget ownership, this is a chance to step into a pivotal leadership role within a business on an ambitious trajectory.

● Scope: Full-funnel demand and growth ownership
The Role:
1. Demand & Growth Strategy Ownership
Define and execute the UK demand and growth strategy across the full funnel.
Own acquisition, CAC, conversion, retention, and LTV targets.
Develop a clear roadmap across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
Partner closely with Product and Data teams to optimise the end-to-end customer journey.
2. Performance Marketing & Channel Optimisation
Own and allocate paid media budgets to drive efficient, scalable growth.
Lead performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, referrals, and emerging channels.
Drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to capture evolving search demand.
Implement a test-and-learn culture to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.
3. Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Build and optimise lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, app, and in-product messaging.
Use segmentation, AI-enabled personalisation, and automation to improve LTV.
Reduce churn and strengthen cohort retention through data-led lifecycle planning.
Own CRM tooling and performance frameworks.
4. CRO & Experimentation
Lead conversion rate optimisation across web and app.
Develop structured experimentation across onboarding, pricing, messaging, and offers.
Work with Data teams on attribution and performance dashboards.
Turn insight into action at speed.
5. Growth-Led Brand & Creative Direction
Shape positioning through a performance lens.
Provide high-level creative direction to ensure campaigns convert as well as inspire.
Partner with brand and creative teams to maintain a premium, performance-led tone of voice.
6. Unconventional Growth & Partnerships
Drive demand through bold, culturally relevant growth plays.
Launch stunts, partnerships, and PR moments that generate attention and acquisition.
Build creator, trainer, and community partnerships that drive both reach and revenue.
7. Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing growth team.
Set clear KPIs and accountability structures.
Foster a fast-moving, experimentation-led culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Brand, and CX.
What we're looking for:
You Are:
A proven growth leader who has scaled a high-growth DTC or consumer brand in the UK.
Commercially sharp, highly analytical, and creatively minded.
Obsessed with performance optimisation, growth loops, and lifecycle impact.
Comfortable owning numbers, budgets, and strategy end-to-end.
Curious, agile, and willing to test unconventional ideas.
Confident working cross-functionally in scaling businesses.
Must-Have Experience:
5+ years in growth or performance marketing, including team leadership.
Demonstrated success scaling acquisition while improving CAC and LTV.
Deep experience across paid media, SEO, GEO, CRO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong knowledge of attribution, experimentation, and analytics.
Experience managing performance and retention teams.
Success delivering high-impact growth campaigns or unconventional activations.
