Every aspect of the brand has been meticulously designed to deliver an elevated experience, from the physical spaces and visual identity to the service culture and member journey. As the business continues its ambitious growth plans, this role will play a critical part in shaping how the brand is perceived, experienced and communicated across every touchpoint.
This position is ideal for a creative brand specialist with a deep understanding of luxury positioning and premium consumer behaviour. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a distinctive and aspirational brand presence across digital, social, print and in-club channels, ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence in every execution.
Working closely with the Founder and wider leadership team, this individual will act as the guardian of the brand, bringing innovative ideas, compelling storytelling and exceptional creative standards to support commercial objectives and long-term growth.

The Basics:
● Salary: £45,000 + £55,000 (depending on experience.)
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum), 1 day a week WFH.
● Location: Notting Hill
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
● Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
The Role...
Brand Strategy + Development:
Act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communications and creative outputs.
Develop and evolve the brand identity, positioning and messaging in line with business objectives and growth plans.
Create compelling brand narratives that strengthen emotional connections with members and prospective customers.
Ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect the premium nature of the brand and deliver a consistent luxury experience.
Creative Direction + Content:
Lead the creative development of campaigns, content and brand initiatives across digital, social, print and physical environments.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters and external agencies to produce best-in-class creative assets.
Maintain exceptional visual and editorial standards across all communications.
Identify emerging cultural, luxury and lifestyle trends to keep the brand relevant, aspirational and differentiated.
Communications + Storytelling:
Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that elevates brand awareness and strengthens market positioning.
Oversee all brand messaging, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across every platform and channel.
Create engaging content and storytelling opportunities that showcase the brand’s unique proposition, community and experiences.
Manage brand communications calendars and campaign launches to ensure seamless execution.
Social Media + Digital Strategy:
Work with the Head of Marketing to lead the organic social media strategy, driving audience growth, engagement and brand advocacy.
Oversee content planning, creation and publishing across all social platforms.
Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and performance marketing activity.
Monitor social trends and platform developments to identify opportunities for innovation and audience engagement.
In-Club Brand Experience:
Ensure the physical club environment consistently reflects the brand vision and luxury positioning.
Oversee branded collateral, signage, member communications and visual merchandising throughout the club.
Partner with operational teams to create memorable member experiences that reinforce the brand proposition.
Support the delivery of launches, events and activations that enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
PR + Partnerships:
Oversee relationship with PR agency and guide content, tone or voice and brand direction.
Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, brand partners and industry stakeholders.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Support PR initiatives, press outreach and brand collaborations that align with company values and objectives.
Manage external communications to ensure a cohesive and premium brand image.
Brand Performance + Insight:
Track and analyse brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement and audience growth.
Use customer feedback, market research and industry insights to inform brand strategy and creative direction.
Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and communications, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Regularly report on brand activity, performance and opportunities to senior leadership.

Consistent execution of a premium and differentiated brand identity across all channels.
Growth in brand awareness, engagement and audience reach.
Delivery of highly creative campaigns that strengthen market positioning and drive commercial performance.
Increased social media growth, engagement and community participation.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in brand management, communications or creative marketing roles.
Previous experience working within luxury fashion, hospitality, wellness, fitness or lifestyle brands.
Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and premium consumer expectations.
Highly creative with a strong visual eye and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven experience managing multi-channel brand campaigns and content strategies.
Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Confident working with creative agencies, freelancers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance brand-building objectives with business performance goals.
Adaptable, proactive and comfortable operating within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
