The Studio Coordinator will act as the face of the business, ensuring every prospective and existing member receives outstanding service from their first enquiry through to becoming an engaged member of the community. Working closely with the leadership team, this individual will support studio operations, manage sales activity, and contribute to the continued success of a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
This is a full-time position offering clear progression opportunities for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and commitment.

● Opportunity to grow and develop with a leading brand in the boutique fitness space!
The Role:
The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day member journey while supporting the studio's membership growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all membership enquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
Proactively following up leads and nurturing prospective members through the sales process.
