General Manager
The successful candidate will have genuine ownership of a multifaceted fitness and wellness operation and the opportunity to play a defining role in its next stage of growth.
Luxury Fitness & Wellness | West London
An exciting opportunity awaits an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of the operations, commercial performance and client experience of a leading luxury fitness and wellness destination in West London.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position for someone who is commercially sharp, operationally exceptional and uncompromising when it comes to standards. With both a premium fitness offering and an extensive spa and wellness operation, the successful candidate must bring strong previous experience within a luxury spa environment, alongside the ability to oversee a high-performing fitness and hospitality operation.
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring every element of the business operates seamlessly — from the fitness floor, classes and member journey through to treatments, therapists, recovery experiences and spa operations. They will understand the detail required to deliver a truly elevated service experience and know how to translate premium standards into clear processes, behaviours and commercial results.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, they will have significant ownership and autonomy to shape the operation, develop the team and drive the site forward. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to maintain an existing operation, but wants to build, improve and lead at an exciting stage of the business's growth.

Oversee appropriate spa operating procedures, hygiene protocols, treatment documentation and compliance.

Monitor utilisation, capacity and member feedback to identify opportunities to improve performance.
Ensure coaches and fitness professionals understand and contribute to the wider service standards and member journey.

Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and team meetings.
Identify and develop internal talent, empowering managers and team members to take genuine ownership.
Build a culture centred around excellence, professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement.
